Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

FaceForge provides digital image and video generation services. As with most digital services, outputs are generated on demand and delivered immediately upon completion.

2. Credits and Tokens

Credits or tokens are used to generate digital content on FaceForge. Once a render has started or completed, the associated credits or tokens may be consumed and are not automatically restored.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • A payment was charged multiple times for the same transaction.
  • Credits or tokens were not delivered after a successful payment.
  • A technical fault on our side prevented delivery of purchased credits.
  • A platform error prevented the service from functioning as intended.

Each request is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Dissatisfaction with artistic or creative output.
  • Issues caused by the quality of user-uploaded images.
  • User mistakes during upload or generation.
  • Credits already consumed by successful renders.

5. Account Cancellation

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at info@face-forge.app. Account deletion does not automatically create entitlement to a refund of any remaining credits or payments.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider and bank. We will notify you once a refund has been processed on our side.
