FaceForge processes the following data to provide its service:
Images you upload are used solely to generate the scene or effect you requested. Your uploaded images are not sold to third parties, are not used to train AI models, and are not shared with advertisers.
Uploaded images should not be stored permanently on our servers unless explicitly required for active rendering or debugging purposes. Generated videos may be temporarily stored or cached to facilitate delivery to your device.
We aim to retain uploaded images only for as long as needed to complete and deliver your render. Account data (email, usage history, balances) is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We also store your registration date, render usage statistics, and credit or token balance. This data is used to manage your account and provide the service.
If FaceForge introduces paid features or credits, payment details (such as card numbers) are processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored by FaceForge. The payment provider may apply its own privacy policy and cookies to payment transactions.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the email address below. We will action your request within a reasonable timeframe.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and hashed password storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated version with a revised date. Continued use of FaceForge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
