Results are generated automatically and may vary — they are not guaranteed to meet any specific standard of quality, accuracy, or likeness.
You may only upload images that you own or have explicit permission to use. By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that your use does not violate any third-party rights.
You retain all rights to your uploaded images and to the generated outputs produced from them. FaceForge does not claim ownership over your photos or videos.
You may not upload or use FaceForge to generate content that is:

All generated results are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. FaceForge makes no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose. Results are AI-generated and may be imperfect or unexpected.
FaceForge retains all rights to the platform itself, including but not limited to: the website, application code, branding, scene templates, effects, visual styles, and the underlying scene system. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of the FaceForge platform or its components to you.
If FaceForge uses a credit or token system, credits are consumed when a render starts or completes, depending on the backend process. Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. FaceForge may adjust credit pricing, allocation, or expiry at any time with reasonable notice.
FaceForge does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to the platform at any time, including for maintenance, abuse prevention, or business reasons. FaceForge may also reject, limit, or remove access for any account found to be in violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of FaceForge will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FaceForge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
